Job Description
1. Finalization of Purchase Order within Scheduled time for
Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order for Operations & Maintenance
Mechanical Items.
2. Indigenisation development of spares for Operations &
Maintenance Mechanical by way of reverse engineering or by Chinese replacement
by equivalent Indian or imported other than china make
3. Correctness of Material code in Purchase Requisition for
Operations & Maintenance Mechanical for correct material supply
4. Building seamless and cordial relationship with internal
customers to ensure achievement of desired business outcomes
5. Prepare and forward payment advise to DCC
6. Budgetary control
7. Ensure all terms and conditions of PO in line with user
requirement
8. Source and Item identification for Rate Contract for
Standard Items
9. Support in negotiation and achieve optimum cost
10 .Digitization of documents
11. Experience in Power Plant Material Purchase
