Assign
SSD tickets to HUB team which is raised by our respective regional team
Transferring calls to HUB and NOC Team according to Tickets. We do open incidents manually in remedy and provide docket number to customers and assign tickets to engineers respectively. CSD is closing tickets which are not closed in auto-mode Initiate First level troubleshooting i.e. Checking /rebooting modem and router, logging complains and Tickets updation. We have provided direct numbers to central region clients so that they contact directly for any issue pertaining to connectivity/link down. Mark mails to HUB Team if files are not coming properly in CDR server. We send this tracker on daily basis to concern regions if NC/Remedy tickets are showing down for more than 24 Hrs and take follow ups accordingly.
