Should be able to work independently.

Need to work on different US time zones (few times, if required).

Should be able to participate in Requirements Gathering, Technical Documentation, and Designing.

Software testing and quality assurance.

Support, maintain and document software functionality.

Evaluate and identify new technologies.

Should be a good team player with good attitude towards achieving the goals set.

Experience in ASP.NET with VB.NET or C#.NET with .NET Framework 3.5 +.

Willing to work on VB.Net with Asp.Net web application project.

Should have experience on SQL Server 2008 or above.

Knowledge on major languages/technologies is a must, like Web services, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX etc., is preferred.

Hands on experience in OOPS concepts.

Knowledge in SSRS or any other reporting tools like Crystal Reports will be preferred.

Good communication skills in English – Spoken / Written.

Exposure for project performance improvement, load balancing, usability, and automation techniques will be an added advantage.
