students from your institute to a joint campus placement drive Asahi
India Glass Ltd for B.Tech - Mechanical, Production/ Manufacturing,
Mechatronics and Industrial Engineering students of 2015 passing out
batch. The details are as follows:
Company Profile: We would like to introduce ourselves as being the
largest glass company in India. AIS is transforming itself from being

Gulzar Group of Institutes, G.T Road, Vill. Libra, Khanna, Ludhiana (Punjab)
Land Mark: - Opposite side of KFC, Libra
The students would be placed in the architectural and consumer
business units of AIS.
We shall be taking them as Graduate Engineer Trainee.
- They will be on an operational training for 1 year.
- After evaluating their performance for 6 months, they will be
allocated to various departments (Sales, Marketing, Quality, SCPL
etc.) depending on the vacancy and their interest.
- The Salary package offered is 2.75 LPA
- Joining of the shortlisted candidates will be in January, 2015
- The students are also required to give a bank guarantee of 1.5
Lakhs for a period of 2 years.
Eligibility Criteria-
GETs: Minimum 70% throughout in class 10th, 12th and Graduation or 80%
in one of 10th or 12th and 65% in graduation.
Selection Process:
1. Group Discussion
2. Technical test
3. Language, IQ & Psychometric Test
4. Personal Interview.
(Each shall be an elimination round)
The candidates will be given leaves for their Final Semester Exams only.

format till 7th Oct. 2014.
