Job Description:
- Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates
- Interviewing prospective candidates and briefing them about the job description
- Negotiating salaries, extending offers
- Submitting relevant resumes
- Lining up candidates for interviews
- Facilitating the placement of candidates till they join
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/yearly goals
Qualifying Criteria:
Should be motivated to work in a techno-commercial role,
which will be a foundation for future managerial roles
- Must have excellent (written & verbal) English communication skills
