Selection Process:

STEP I: Interview Procedure

Day 1: (Will be conducted at college premises : New Delhi Institute Of Management { NDIM }

Jam Session – 5 minutes per candidate

Test 1 ( 45 minutes Online ) * Candidates who will clear Jam session
Test 2 ( 2 hours Online) * Candidates who will clear Test 1
Test 3 ( 2 hours Online ) * Candidates who will clear Test 2

Day 2: (Will be conducted at college premises: New Delhi Institute Of Management { NDIM }

Test 4 ( 2 hours Online ) * Candidates who will clear Test 3

Day 3: (Will be conducted at College premises : (Our Office Premises)

Test 5 ( 4 hours ) * Candidates who will clear Test 4

Step II: Shortlisted Candidates will undergo BGV Process ( Background Verification: will take 7 working days)

STEP III: 3 Weeks Probation period: Will allot you 7 Assignments.

Other Details:

• Cost to company (CTC): 2.6-2.8 Lakh Per Annum + Shift allowance of Rs. 1500 /-, Free Pick and drop, 2 Free Meals and Snacks
• Other Incentives: Monthly Incentives for Key Contributors.
• Bond With Company: 1 year Bond Agreement with GlobalLogic Technologies Ltd.
• Shift Timings: Should be flexible for shifts ( 7:30 am – 4 :30 pm and 4:30 pm – 1: 30 am )
• Excellent communication skills are required.

Responsibilities:

·         Work on various data analysis tools and generate information by doing online research.

·         Being instrumental in adding content and maintain large informational database websites (like freebase, hotel finder).

·         Check quality of content and do analysis of quality data.
