DESIGNATION & JOB DESCRIPTION	1.Analyst Quality Assurance Trainee Participates in Application Testing training program to become familiar with platforms, tools, and technologies for Manual / Automated testing. Successful completion culminates with reclassification into the QA role. 2. Applications Developer Trainee Participates in Application Development/IT training program to become familiar with platforms, tools, and technologies. Successful completion culminates with reclassification into the Developer role.
SALARY PACKAGE	1.Rs. 2.75L CTC per annum (Analyst Quality Assurance Trainee) 2.Rs. 3.30L CTC per annum (Applications Developer Trainee)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES	1. Participates in closely supervised training program consisting of a variety of in-house courses with the focus on becoming familiar with the platforms, tools and technologies that play a major role in the success of QA Testing. 2. Participates in closely supervised training program consisting of a variety of in-house courses with the focus on becoming familiar with the platforms, tools and technologies that play a major role in the success of IT.
