Svc IT Dev Program Sr Assoc II-14000ZZR
o 24 x 7 support of IBM’s EMPI
Application - Initiate
o 24 x 7 monitoring of the application
§ Performing custom configuration changes as
per the business requirements
§ Implementation of the patches onto the server
§ Support external Applications in connecting
interface and performing integration and performance testing.
§ Work with Development team to perform
validation and verification of data correlation within IBM Initiate Support
Application Downtime
§ Implementation of the fixes in the
application as and when released
o Coordinate with Business Users, resolve
issues
o Assist junior team members in technical
and functional aspects
o Guide/Mentor offshore team members.
Clarify queries from the team
o Work in rotational Shifts
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
o 0-1 year of IT experience of
Application development/maintenance and support
o Experience in providing application
support in a 24x7 environment and willing to be on-call for production
escalations
o Sound Healthcare Domain and
Functional Knowledge
o Sound knowledge of Java, API’s &
Portal
o Sound knowledge of the SQL to
build/run the queries specific to the business needs on the database
o Ability to automate monitoring and
tuning.
o Knowledge of the Windows operating
system so as to deploy the application in case required
o Basic understanding of following tools
§ BMC Remedy
§ WinSCP
§ HP Quality Center
§ CVS
o Strong Analytical Skills
o Good written and verbal communication
skills
o Should be flexible to work in Shifts in
24x7 support model.
