Job Description – Technical Domains (Windows,
UNIX, Storage, Network, Security, Database etc)
- Independent troubleshooting within SLA
- Manage Customer escalations
- Implementation of Six sigma projects
- Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary
- Participate in Talent Management meetings - sharing and acquiring knowledge
- Update the knowledge base
- Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
- Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)
- Participate in monthly QA audits
- Working on Network Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices (depending upon your respective domain
Eligibility criteria:
- 60% throughout in academics
- No standing arrears
- B. Tech/B.E 2013 pass outs – Eligible branches: CS, IT, ECE, EEE, E&I
- Service agreement : 18 months
- Probation of 15 months
- Open to re-location
- Open to work in 24*7 work ambience
The Role: Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee
Compensation: 2L PA
