IBM Cloud Systems Software (CSSW) is a product development organization within Systems and Technology Business Unit. CSSW is having very strong focus on Virtualization, Cloud management/enablement products and solutions. Products worked by CSSW are backbone to achieve Smarter Computing, and are strategic component of the IBM Smarter Systems portfolio. These products provide the building blocks for management of Data Center infrastructure. With CSSW products and solutions, customers can: Automate data center operations by implementing cloud-ready virtual infrastructures, Unify the management of physical and virtual resources for IBM servers, storage and networks, Simplify the management of optimized systems, Achieve a single view of infrastructure within the data center and lots more... Job role and responsibilities ………………………………………………………………………………….. Role: Developer who can design & development the products end to end. They should have hands on coding and Unit test automation. Responsibilities include understanding the product roadmap, taking care of the product quality from technical perspective. They should also bring in customer perspective when designing the product features and influence product roadmap, strategy and planning. Skills required to be detailed: - Good knowledge on Virtualization - Hands on experience using Config Mgmt Systems like Rational Team Concert - Hands on experience coding using Python and Java - Working knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Perl - OOA/OOD, product development experience. - Exposure to design patterns, and development best practices, optimization, debugging skills etc. |
