Toward the Establishment of efficient manufacturing plant in India. Promotion of plant technical operations
(Future evolution of plant start-up Study /Consider the stable operation for the production)

Responsibilities:
Tracking of business development for factory development and business planning-looking medium-term and long term.

1. Work to design & develop Air-conditioner as per India as well as overseas market & regulation requirement with creativity, innovation & dedication for successful business of our Organization.
In depth Knowledge of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning cycle & cycle balancing of Inverter AC & R410 base model.
In depth knowledge of design software like Solid Works, Auto CAD or CADAM.
Strong knowledge of drawing study, geometry (Mathematics).
Knowledge of Export regulation & middle east model development

2. Can Read, understand, draft & design mechanical parts & assemblies.

3. Hands on experience in Solid Works (2D & 3D modeling).

4. Overseas communication and coordination for design improvement & new design implementation.

5. Drawing database management (uploading & downloading new / existing drawing)

6. Coordinating with intra as well as inter department for any design improvement / issue / follow up.

7. Analytical & Problem solving approach with logical reason.

Human resource development planning and practice to subordinates
5S Promote Safety Planning for environmental protection measures
