Position Set Up Configuration Specialist
Job profile
● The Setup
Configuration Specialist (SCS) responsible for configuring and testing Aon
Hewitt’s
proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System to meet the needs of
our clients’
requirements. Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to
set up and
configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysis.
● Testing
involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test
activities
based on the direction from the SA. This role is designed as an entry-level
position for
applicants with strong skill sets in programming logic, systems
configuration,
and testing related to systems that support human resource functions.
Job location
Gurgaon / Noida / Chennai
Date of
joining ● Selected candidates will get joining in either Jan, Feb, Mar or April
2015.
●Selected
candidates will get only 7 days of leave for end semester examinations
Pay package
● Stipend
during 6 months of Internship - 15 Kpm
● Post
Training Period of 6 months, basis candidate’s performance they will
be offer full time job at a salary of 2.8 LPA
based on successful completion of Training
Any bond or fee 12 months
