FOR TSE: calling customers and explaining about telecom products and switching services to our company 

FOR CCE : Receiving calls from customers and solving queries pertaining to telephone line issues 

For SYSTEM ADMIN : Solving issues of systems proactively  and hence should have good system knowledge (hardware /software)
