For MBA (Marketing)
• CTC: Rs.3.5 LPA (80% fixed, 20% variable)
• Initial 2-3 months would be Training period during which the candidate would be paid a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month. Lodging, boarding, commutation and all related expenses will be borne by the company during training period

For B.Tech (Electronics & Communication, Mechanical)
• CTC: Rs. 2.2 LPA (85% fixed, 15% variable)
• 
Initial 2-3 months would be Training period during which the candidate would be paid a stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month. Lodging, boarding, commutation and all related expenses will be borne by the company during training period.

For Diploma (Electronics & Communication, Mechanical)
• CTC: Rs. 1.8 LPA (85% fixed, 15% variable)
• Initial 2-3 months would be Training period during which the candidate would be paid a stipend of Rs. 8,000 per month. Lodging, boarding, commutation and all related expenses will be borne by the company during training period.
Bond or Fee

Process
1) Aptitude Test (should clear with minimum 60%)
2) Group Discussion
3) Case Study Presentation (only for MBA)
4) Personal Interview and Telephonic Interview (Telephone interview may or may not be taken)
