Eligibility Criteria	●  60% throughout ●  Year gap (if any) should be justified. ●  Candidates should not have any back papers.
Position	● MBA      - Management Trainee &  Sales Executive ● B.Tech  - Associate Product Specialist & Technical Eng. ● Diploma - Trainee
Job Location	Anywhere across India
Package	For MBA (Marketing) • CTC: Rs.3.5 LPA (80% fixed, 20% variable) • Initial 2-3 months would be Training period during which the candidate would be paid a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month. Lodging, boarding, commutation and all related expenses will be borne by the company during training period For B.Tech (Electronics & Communication, Mechanical) • CTC: Rs. 2.2 LPA (85% fixed, 15% variable) • Initial 2-3 months would be Training period during which the candidate would be paid a stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month. Lodging, boarding, commutation and all related expenses will be borne by the company during training period. For Diploma (Electronics & Communication, Mechanical) • CTC: Rs. 1.8 LPA (85% fixed, 15% variable) • Initial 2-3 months would be Training period during which the candidate would be paid a stipend of Rs. 8,000 per month. Lodging, boarding, commutation and all related expenses will be borne by the company during training period.
Bond or Fee	1 year bond
Process	1) Aptitude Test (should clear with minimum 60%) 2) Group Discussion 3) Case Study Presentation (only for MBA) 4) Personal Interview and Telephonic Interview (Telephone interview may or may not be taken)
