14	Pay package	For MBA (Marketing)
		• CTC: Rs.3.5 LPA (80% fixed, 20% variable)
		• Initial 2-3 months would be Training period during which the candidate would
		be paid a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month. Lodging, boarding, commutation
		and all related expenses will be borne by the company during training period
		For B.Tech (Electronics & Communication, Mechanical)
		• CTC: Rs. 2.2 LPA (85% fixed, 15% variable)
		• Initial 2-3 months would be Training period during which the candidate would be
		paid a stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month. Lodging, boarding, commutation and all
		related expenses will be borne by the company during training period.
		For Diploma (Electronics & Communication, Mechanical)
		• CTC: Rs. 1.8 LPA (85% fixed, 15% variable)
		• Initial 2-3 months would be Training period during which the candidate would be
		paid a stipend of Rs. 8,000 per month. Lodging, boarding, commutation and all
		related expenses will be borne by the company during training period.
