Member Technical Staff
- As a Member Technical Staff you will work with a great product team and will deliver value to our customers.
Skill Set Required
- Passionate about coding & strong in OOPs concepts and programming languages such as Java, C++ or C
- Strong knowledge on Data Structures, Algorithms
- Strive for good quality and quality is everything
- Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MS-SQL etc. Knowledge of Javascript is a big plus
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and apply in day to day projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with diverse teams
- Passion for automating mundane tasks
- Knowledge of scripting is a plus
You will learn to
- Write good quality code and follows industry best practices
- Deliver great software products with best user experience
- Designing and developing applications
- Adding new features and enhancing existing features
- Effectively use automation to improve product quality
- Continuously enhance products to meet end user needs and experience
Member Assure Services
- Helps product teams visualize requirements with great clarity. Provides high-quality technical customer support for our software products and solutions. Must be able to add more and more happy customers.
Skill Set Required
- The role primarily involves customer facing /interaction and direct field operations, which requires frequent traveling across India to understand customer requirement and ensure professional product/solution delivery as per GoFrugal assure policy.
- Understand how business works and how to add value to business
- Ability to research, analyze and monitor trends on business & technology
- Provides high-quality technical customer support for our software products and solutions
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Provides training to customers as support implementations
- Improves software product/solution performance by identifying problems and recommends appropriate changes
You will learn to
- Provide training to customers as support implementations .
- Improve software product/solution performance by identifying problems and recommending appropriate changes.
- Resolve customer issues independently
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
- Take ownership of technical issues, and work with our development teams to resolve advanced issues whenever necessary.
Eligibility Criteria For All the above Positions
- Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/B.Sc/B.C.A/MBA from a recognized university. [All branches are eligible – Except Biomedical, Biotechnology, Bio Informatics, Textile Engg, Medical Electronics, Environmental Engg. Food Tech, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Pharma , Fashion and Fire Tech]
- 60% Minimum in 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post Graduation With out Back Logs.
