students studying in *Pre-Final Year (3rd year)*/First year respectively in
academic session 2014-15.

Participation Process
|
All the
applicants must fill the Application Form as per attached format with this
mail :
Pre -
final year BE/B.Tech/M.Sc students If not applied earlier can also appear
with filled up forms with Application on plain paper (30 cm x 20 cm)
duly typed as per (UES 25 Application Form) format attached below.

The envelope containing application should be
“Superscribed in Red Ink” indicating clearly the branch of Engineering
applied for____.
·
The completed application should be submitted
on 3rd Feb 2014(Tuesday) at the time of Interview.
·
All the
participants must also keep the following documents ready to be produced to
the Team at the time of the interview:-
(a) Copy
of the Application Form complete in all respects duly signed and photograph
duly attested by Govt Gazetted Officer.
(b) Attested
copy of Matriculation or Equivalent certificate for proof of age.
(c)
Attested copy of the 12th Class Certificate and Mark-sheet.
(d)
Attested copy of the Certificate from the Principal /Head of Institution that
the candidate is in the Pre-final Year (III Year) in Academic Session
2014-15.
(e)
Attested copy of Mark Sheets of all semesters.
(f)
Certificate from the College Principal in respect of students.
(g) Attach
Two self addressed envelope.
(h) 4
attested passport size photo graphs...

Certificate from respective College.....

Preliminary
selection of prospective candidates(having good communications and logical
skills) studying in the Pre-Final Year (Engineering) will be made by
