HCL TalentCare’s hiring program is called YOUNG
ENGINEERS’ PROGRAM (YEP). This is a unique training cum employment
program aimed at fresh engineers, post graduates & graduates. Students
selected for YEP are trained for 6 month’s at HCL’s campus in Manesar and
the job profile they get is in the field of Software Application
& Testing as a Quality Analyst & System Engineer after the training
period completion.

INR 5000 per Month during the On the Job Training (OJT)

Salary Detail
|
Annual CTC of INR 2 Lacs per annum; to be increased
substantially on Probation Confirmation
