JOB Description
|
1. B.E/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronic
Engineering required.
2. Minimum 0-1 years of experience in the design of
electrical controls and PCBA for consumer products.
3. Proficiency in the Design & Development of
schematic (SCH) and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) using CAD tools for consumer
products. (Prefer Altium)
4. 3D CAD proficiency – Unigraphics a plus
5. Designing & development of firmware with use of C
language for consumer products. (Prefer Microchip or Atmel)
6. Analog and digital circuit design with the help of
Power Electronics components.
7. Design of driving circuits using single mosfet, half
bridge, full bridge & boot strap topology.
8. Design switching circuits between AC/DC supplies.
9. Familiarity with all lab equipment, AC-DC power
supplies, AC-DC load, and data logger.
10. Ability to assemble working prototype PCBA’s for
development and testing.
11. Select and specification of components and equipment
based on cost and reliability and creation of BOM.
12. Failure analysis on components & finished
assemblies and approval through testing.
13. Defining electrical test plans and documents for
products
14. Create test documents like New Product Qualification
(NPQ) with Product Evaluation Acceptance Criteria (PEAC) and applicable Lab
Testing Procedures (LTP) for the newly develop products according to the
applicable UL, FCP, ETL & CSA standards.
15. Provide direction to technicians for the set-up and
testing of components and units.
16. Interface with Asian suppliers and factories (China
travel)
