Title: Research
and Development Manager
Location: Mumbai
Type of

Reporting
to: Director
Context: Managing M & E of direct
services and content development for prevention and healing modules
Key
Objectives of the Job: Ensure quality of direct services and completion of relevant
content development in a timely manner as per annual plan.
Major
Deliverables: The
major responsibilities are:
- Ensuring monitoring and
evaluation of the programs on field are planned, scheduled and executed in
a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring smooth coordination
with Prevention and Healing teams
- Reporting any quality
compromises by the direct services team to the Director, Services
- Ensuring regular reviews with
Director, Services and CEO
- Supervising design and timely
completion of evaluation studies to map impact of programs
- Ideation and supervising
resource development; modules, manuals, other training tools for
prevention and healing programs/trainings
- Ensuring that steps are taken
for implementation of any new or proposed content/module
- Ensuring timely completion of
programmatic reports
- Ensuring that regular training
& guidance is given to the R&D Team
