The Job Description for the position is as follows:
Primary Objectives:
1. Support the sales team and customers with engineering and specialized solutions measured in terms of sales pertaining to machine investments, special tools and total customer satisfaction as expressed in success factors by offering design & drawings of engineered specials to customers
2. Fully responsible for manufacturing design by evaluation of enquiries in terms of complete information, business Strategy & feasibility.
3. Create appropriate manufacturing design drawing.
Reporting relationship:
To the Manager Design Center, disciplinary & all business operational matters.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. To make best proposal and manufacturing drawing based on inputs given by stake holders by
using UG/NX.
2. Support field sales in the preparation of concept and understanding application of special tools.
3. Interaction with production units from design perspective.
4. Act as a role model/coach for PIEs and FSEs in terms of right design for the tool.
5. Document the activities and results pertaining to other specific assignments/projects.
7. Ensure the proper process of Special Tools with in the assigned area.
8. Be Creative, Think different, Try new ways & means, Respond, and dont be silent.
Who can apply ?
The candidate should
1. Be a Graduate in Mechanical/Production Engineering. Diploma Holders with exceptional talent and relevant skills can also be considered.
2. Have around 3 years of experience in metal cutting Design
3. Fair knowledge in AUTO CAD, UG, Machine Tool.
3. Have good communication skills with strong interpersonal relations.
4. Be a team player.
