Job Profile	●Driving Mancer’s critical projects of candidate mapping/research for contingent & executive search levels across industries ●Understanding Job Description & Job Specification for the assigned Position ●Sourcing resumes through Database, References, Networking, and Head Hunting ●Briefing candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profile and Career Perspective ●Initial screening and short listing of the best matched profiles ●Complete coordination for the interview process with the client side ● Salary Negotiation and Reference Check and providing final offer ●Ensuring smooth candidate on-boarding on the client site●Database Management ●Relationship Management with candidates ●Excellent interpersonal, oral, and writing communication skills ●Knowledge and ability to implement principles of management, leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and motivation ●Ability to foster a collaborative, customer-oriented working environment ●Strong listening, communication, and collaboration ●Should be comfortable working independently.
