YOUR ROLE
Designation: Research Associate (BD)
Location: Gurgaon
Reporting to: Consultant (Realty and Social Infrastructure- Advisory)
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Identifying tenders and lease for government tenders
*Preparation of proposals and business development documents
*Coordinating with various teams for business development process
*Coordinating with government agencies in bid related works
*Sole responsibility for BD related knowledge data base for the team
*Support in other project related activities
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
1.Understanding of bid documents including RFP, RFQ etc.
2.Self starting attitude and proactive approach to assignment delivering quality outputs
3.Proficiency in using MS Office products Word, Excel & Power Point
4.Ability to structure, prioritize and work through strict timings
5.Prior experience in BD
6.Understanding of the infrastructure sector
