Designation             : Dispatcher

Eligibility                   : BBA/BM/MBA/BCA/MCA/Science Graduates, 2016 & Pass Outs

Selection Criteria    : HR & Operations Round of Interview

Package                    : Upto 3.0 LPA

Job Location           : Delhi NCR & North India

Scope of Job / Duties & Responsibilities

·          Ownership of Seller Pickups, Reattempts & Returns through FE and resolve any issues

·          Monitoring and resolving Compliance issues with Sellers

·          Verifying, recording issues and acting as SPOC for FE & seller

·         Arrangement of Alternate Pickups for Seller in case of Capacity Issues

·         Responsible for EOD Reconciliation and resolution of related issues

·         Resolution of Invoice related issues from Seller side

·         Single POC for any sort of issues to FE on field.

·         Follow up on Open pick up &escalations

·         Maintain good relations with sellers and intimate them in prior in case of capacity constraints.

·         Manage key golden sellers and provide focused seller support.

·         Interact and co-ordinate with Vendor support team on resolving seller/ekart related issues.

Designation             : TL

Eligibility                   : Any Graduate 2016 & Pass Outs

Selection Criteria    : HR & Operations Round of Interview

Package                    : Upto 2.4 LPA

Job Location           : Delhi NCR & North India

Scope of Job / Duties & Responsibilities

·         Responsible for Pick list generation and ensuring Pick up Compliance of 100%

·         Ownership of EOD reconciliation of all Pickups for Sellers mapped to him

·         Returns management and reconciliation with the sellers mapped

·         Ownership of Resolution of Escalations for Sellers assigned

·         Regular follow-up with assigned FEs to close pickups on a daily basis

·         Ensuring right tagging of issues while mentioning pickup related issues on system

·         Responsible for timely Van dispatch and timely pickups for sellers assigned

·         Attendance management of FEs assigned

·         Driving 5S/Lean for the team of FEs mapped

·         Ownership of tracking metre reading and monitoring route for assigned FE bikes & vans

·         Responsible for ensuring good performance and high motivation levels of FEs assigned
