coordination, support, management and execution of 1st Level proactive and
reactive maintenance activities and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
performance levels

Description:
- 1st Level analysis OF Equipment Faults, Isolation and Troubleshooting
- Follow the escalation matrix and timely report of Incidents to Shift Head, Field Team and refer the Faults Back Office as per the SLAs measured
- Coordination with Different work Groups in Team and field.
- Troubleshooting of Equipment alarms as per the MOP provided by BO, Retrieving alarm Logs, Event Logs during fault Isolations.
- Coordination and Clearance of Performance related Cases and maintain Network Health Status.
- Working in 24X7 Shift working hours
- Good communication skills
Essential
Qualifications:
B.Tech/ B.E in Electronics & Communications, IT, CS
Engineering 2015 Batch
Preference:
Experience in Telecom Operations in SDH/DWDM
