Pool Campus Placement Notice –Lava International Ltd

Lava International Ltd will be conducting Pool Campus Drive for B.COM /BA/B.SC /MA & M.SC 2014/2015/2016 Batch as per following details.Registration is compulsory for all interested students to appear for the drive.

Company Name	Lava International Ltd
CTC & Probation:	3.0 Lakhs PA (10% Variable) - 2.5 Lakhs PA for 6 months in Probation Period
Student Eligibility Criteria:	Age should not be more than 23 years as on 1st April’16.   ·No student should have more than a 2 year gap between their 10th and 12th grade ·Should have completed graduation in 3 years only ·They should have scored a minima of 50% in 10th , 12th and graduation. ·Eligible streams are only B.A./ B Com and BSc. ·Candidates with MA/ MSc can also apply, if they’re above 50% in academics and under 23 years of age. ·Students from 2015/2014 batch are also eligible, who wish to apply for such roles and are in sync with the above stated criteria.
Location	Haryana NOTE: The preference for the recruitment would be for Local Students.However the panelist can consult the other DHQ and refer for openings in local DHQ of the student if the student is willing
Recruitment Process	·Test – Online Aptitude Test + 10 mins of Psychological Survey ·Presentation on company processes and functioning ·Technical/ Functional Interview + HR Interview ·Final Offer Letter to final selected candidates
