Job Description
The roles and responsibilities
would broadly entail deployment and integration of Radio / Core elements of a
telecom network. Incoming candidates would also be expected to troubleshoot
network faults and monitor the network for KPI degradations. The candidates
shall be expected to coordinate with cross-functional team members to resolve
issues.
Required KSAs
1.
Knowledge of
computer network and its fundamentals
2.
Knowledge of
wireless communications and call-flows
3. Understanding of 4G LTE network architecture and
underlying components – Radio / Core
4. Awareness of basic telecom KPIs
5. Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux
6. Knowledge of IP and routing fundamentals
7. Awareness and understanding of the telecom industry
8. Inter-personal skills
9. Team-work and collaboration
10. Communication Skills
11. Problem Solving Skills
12. Analytical orientation
13. Highly motivated and go-getter attitude
