Mission:
Software Engineering Intern
will work within an engineering team in Tala to contribute to projects that
matter to Tala's scale and growth. As an intern, you will be assigned to a
manager and a mentor. You design, code, and contribute to solving the most
challenging technical problems in the fintech space using cutting-edge
technology and tools.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with Product and Design teams and
understand the product and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with experienced
cross-disciplinary Talazens to conceive, design, and bring innovative
products and services.
- Use software engineering best practices to
deliver high-quality and reliable software to our customers.
- Implement, test, and deploy software solutions
while ensuring the performance, durability, and security of the platform.
What You'll Need
- B.E. / B. Tech from a reputed university
- Strong in computer science basics and
fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good exposure to at least 1 programming
language (Go, Java, Scala, Python, C/C++, etc).
- Effective oral and written communication
skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Bonus: Previous
internship/work experience.
