Job
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the
Partners with design and technical structural inputs.
- Understanding of the
architectural design process with forecasting of design execution
- Check for data
gathered from customers for completeness, accuracy, and readiness for
Designers and estimators
- Resolve Design
Studio architect clarifications on customer inputs
- Coordinating with
designers and architects for plan finalizations as per engineering
standards & on-site practices related to RCC and finishing works.
- Coordinating,
managing & making checks on estimates prepared by estimation teams,
engineers & partners and delivering them to customers on pan India
Level.
- Ensuring best
customer experience by maintaining a strict Quality control before
delivery
- Working in MS Excel
/ Making MIS reports / Co-ordination with various partners
- Design & data
management, tagging of designs for upload on the Utec platform
- Should have good
communication skills (speaking and writing ) and should be an individual
contributor
