What you will do

1. Work
with multiple Business teams like Sales, Marketing, Customer success,
Techno-Functional, and Data Integration to contribute towards the growth and
business needs.
2. Help
the business team with Market research of the customer segment Smartserv caters
to.
3. Drive
new customer development initiatives by gathering data requirements.
4. Working
closely with the product team to ensure requirements are met.
5. Work
on project delivery documentation while maintaining the highest degree of
CRM accuracy.
6. Coordinate
and prioritize tasks, manage internal timelines for delivery, and
maintain good rapport with the customers
7. Provide
strategic market inputs through quick research as the business needs
8. Understand
and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and
internal product development efforts
9. Develop your knowledge about the Product and SaaS industry to
further your professional growth.
