Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and
enthusiastic individual to join our Building Technology Systems team as an
Intern. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience
in the field of building technology systems and contribute to real-world
projects. As an intern, you will work closely with our team of experts to
support the design, implementation, and optimization of innovative building
technology solutions. This role provides exposure to a wide range of projects
and offers the chance to develop your technical skills and knowledge in a
dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist
with the design and documentation of building technology systems, ICT &
Telecom systems, Security Systems, Audio-Visual Systems, and other related
technologies.
2. Conduct
research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in
building technology systems to support project development and innovation.
3. Assist
in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and reports for
building technology systems projects.
4. Collaborate
with the team to review and analyze project requirements, identify potential
issues or risks, and propose solutions.
5. Support
the team in conducting site visits and inspections to assess existing building
systems and evaluate their performance.
6. Participate
in meetings and workshops with clients, project managers, and other
stakeholders to contribute ideas and provide technical insights.
7. Assist
in the coordination and integration of building technology systems with other
building disciplines, such as architectural, structural, and electrical
systems.
8. Collaborate
with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute
to the development of tools and resources to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Currently
pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, architecture, or
a related field.
- Strong
interest in building technology systems and sustainable design
- Excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong
verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability
to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented
and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility
to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
