Job Description
Training will be provided on
Primavera P6 and will be deployed at project sites as an assistance to Project
control Managers. The major roles and responsibilities is to assist Project
controls team in usage of Primavera P6 and do the following activities :
- Creating a work breakdown structure /
organizational breakdown structure
- Setting up new projects, adding activities in
multiple activity types and creating Gantt charts and critical paths from
the data
- Adding and assigning resources and
understanding resource reports so allocations can be adjusted if required
- Working with dependencies and constraints
- Creating baselines and tracking actual
performance against the baseline.
- Updating actual progress against activities and
report the delays to project control manager for Delay analysis.
- Prepare revised baseline schedules as per the
instructions of Project control Manager.
- Managing financial aspects of scheduling such
as expense costs, resource costs, and creating a cost-loaded schedule.
