Opportunity:
Position: Trainee Service Engineer
Location: Chennai, India
As a Trainee Service Engineer, you will play a
pivotal role in providing exceptional technical support and services for
Desoutter Tools’ products to our esteemed customers. Your responsibilities will
include installation, maintenance, calibration, and customer training, among
other key tasks.

Responsibilities
and Focus Areas:
- Travel
to customer locations for the installation and maintenance of Electric
& Pneumatic tools (Nutrunners) & controllers
- Handle
Annual Maintenance contracts and provide preventive maintenance services
- Perform
calibration and health check-up activities for Desoutter’s products
- Respond
to breakdown calls and provide effective solutions
- Maintain
accurate tool data for assigned customers on the operations portal
- Conduct
training sessions to educate customers about Desoutter products
