About the opportunity

Are you ready for a career experience that pushes boundaries and fuels innovation? We're looking for 14 dynamic individuals to join our inaugural GO Beyond Program. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to acquire new skills, explore uncharted territory, and potentially carve out a unique career path within Ericsson.

Throughout the program, you'll engage with top leadership, acquire highly transferable skills, and actively contribute to our mission of simplifying solution delivery for our customers. Over 12 months, our new cohort will embark on two significant assignments – one within your home unit and the other in a different unit – offering you the prospect of experiencing diverse aspects of our business, honing your skills, and expanding your network.

In Global Operations, you could collaborate with Strategy, Global Sourcing, Group Sales, Human Resources, Global Business Services, Real Estate, Business Control, Journey Transformation, the Data Office, or Enterprise IT. Discover more about the different units in Global Operations.

What we are looking for

Early Career Professionals: 1-3 years of work experience, particularly in project or change management, or a background in consulting.
Diverse Skill Sets: We are interested in candidates with various skills and experiences, including those in Sourcing, Vendor Management, Workplace Management, Human Resources, Finance, and IT.
Challenger Mindset: We seek individuals who can challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and inspire others to do the same.
