Introduction:

NJ India is looking for individuals to join their team in Surat as Network Engineers. This role offers an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and those with up to three years of experience to be part of a dynamic and growing company. As a Network Engineer at NJ India, you will have a range of responsibilities that contribute to the effective functioning of their network and telecom infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

As a Network Engineer at NJ India, your primary responsibilities will include:

Assembling of PCs: You will be involved in setting up and assembling personal computers, ensuring they are in working order.
Networking Settings: Configuring and managing network settings to maintain a smooth and efficient network infrastructure.
Installation of OS / Software / Peripherals: Installing operating systems, software, and peripheral devices as needed for the organization's operations.
Managing, maintaining, and monitoring of Network Infrastructure: Overseeing the network infrastructure to ensure it is operating effectively and efficiently.
Managing, maintaining, and monitoring Telecom Infrastructure for HO and Branches: Ensuring that the telecom infrastructure for the Head Office and branches is maintained and monitored for optimal performance.
Managing, maintaining, and monitoring Datacenter and Power facilities: Taking responsibility for the datacenter and power facilities, ensuring they are operating smoothly.

Your secondary responsibilities will include:

Telephone instrument-related activity: Handling activities related to telephone instruments and associated equipment.
Troubleshooting / Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues that may arise within the network and telecom infrastructure.
Providing Training to Users: Offering training and support to users to ensure they can effectively use the network and telecom systems.
Liaising for the above with Relevant Agencies: Collaborating with relevant agencies and partners to address various tasks and challenges.
Creating and Updating Relevant Documentation and Documentation Systems: Maintaining documentation and documentation systems to keep records organized and up to date.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Have between 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Possess knowledge of server hardware, Linux OS environment, and relevant best practices (this is an added advantage).
