About the Role

The DTLP is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates to engage in impactful projects across various Carrier business units through three eight-month rotations. As a Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on experience, rigorous training, mentorship, and guidance from seasoned Carrier executives and program alumni to accelerate your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

During the program, you will have the opportunity to:

Develop technical and leadership skills in systems engineering or software engineering
Receive formal and on-the-job training in agile methodologies, change management, customer engagement, executive communications, project management, and product management
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering proactive and results-driven solutions
Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills
Engage in tasks related to engineering, software development, UI design, data analytics, modeling, networking, or cybersecurity

Experience / Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you should possess:

Less than one year of professional work experience
Flexibility and mobility for potential travel
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Strong academic performance with a minimum cumulative GPA of 7.5 or higher preferred
