Timing: 11 AM To 1 PM

Position Title: B2B Collections (APPLY ONLY IF READY FOR NIGHT SHIFTS)

Job Description:

100% WFO and night shifts applicable by default
Prior International voice experience B2B/B2C Collections.
Calling for payment on overdue invoices for buckets in scope
Doing maintenance on the account
Handling accounts/payment queries from accounts payable team
Interaction with other teams - billing, originations, etc.
Payment application
Handling disputes and resolution
Invoice reconciliation - Pre bills, Credit rebills, Invoice splitting, PO change, Adjustments as per scope.
Basic Excel-based reporting and analysis on assigned inventory
Daily task list wrt regular TCS activities

Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN):

EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview. Follow the below steps to register and mention the EPCN number on your resume:

Eligibility:

Qualification: Any graduate
Bachelors Degree / Post-Graduate in any discipline.
Comfortable working BPS/BPO payroll and grade.
Candidates with gaps in education or employment of more than 2 years are requested not to apply.
Minimum 15 yrs of full time education is must. (Graduation is mandatory)
Candidates should be willing to work in Night / 24 *7 Rotational Shifts
Should NOT have attended TCS interview in the past 6 months.
