Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India is seeking candidates for the role of Development Designer, with responsibilities including product design and development, stakeholder management, and ensuring quality and timelines of deliverables.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Product design and development of Sealing, Aluminum, and Plastic trims
Master section creation and validations, Benchmarking
Style validation for technical requirements
Function knowledge of Sealing and trims (Fitment, Water leakage tightness, Aero Acoustics appearance)
Seal manufacturing Knowledge - Material, Profiles extrudes, Moulds, Fixation methods
Stakeholder management – Suppliers, Plant, Simulation, Manufacturing, Vehicle integration, Purchase, Cost controlling, etc
Exposure to hardware builds, Prototypes
Ensure quality and timelines of every deliverable in the projects
Change Management

Education & Training: B.E/M.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Automobile/Industrial)
