💡 What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Lead (24x7), you will:

·         Respond to aviation customer requests for price quotes, fuel releases, general support 24/7.

·         Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with international trade regulations.

·         Support ad hoc fuel delivery requests and ensure smooth turnaround for aviation clients.

·         Encourage customer self-service tools and educate stakeholders on digital features.

·         Collaborate with Account Managers, Legal, E&C, and international airport partners.

·         Participate in projects, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.


🎯 What You’ll Need

📚 Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in any field (Customer Support, Business, Aviation, or related preferred)

·         0–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar field

🧠 Skills:

·         Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

·         Fluent English (Written & Spoken)

·         Additional language(s): German, Spanish, French, Greek, or Portuguese (preferred)

·         Understanding of aviation, compliance regulations, and international business etiquette
