🔍 Role Overview
As an Associate Analyst in
the Global Statistics / Quarterly Mastercard Reporting (QMR) team,
you'll be responsible for managing operational metrics, supporting data
validation processes, and providing business-critical insights. This role plays
a pivotal part in ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and analytics-driven
decision-making.
🧠 Responsibilities
·
Collect,
validate, and report Mastercard's quarterly operational performance data
·
Analyze
customer-reported data to prevent revenue leakage
·
Prepare
persuasive analytics for internal and client-facing discussions
·
Assist in
performance reviews and KPI updates for global business units
·
Communicate
with customers to address reporting issues
·
Maintain
detailed documentation and track inquiry resolution
·
Support
regional finance teams with business updates and analytics
·
Participate in
testing and refining internal systems and reporting processes
✅ Key Qualifications
·
Bachelor's
degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field
·
Strong
analytical skills and attention to detail
·
Effective
communication skills (written and verbal)
·
Advanced Excel
knowledge; familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook
·
Self-starter
mindset with an ability to work under tight deadlines
·
FP&A or
operational analytics experience is a plus
·
Knowledge of
Six Sigma or process improvement frameworks is beneficial
·
Demonstrated
ability to handle multiple priorities and business needs
