💼 Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate
with ABF Deal Analysts for investment monitoring and management.

Assist
in creating and updating Investment Committee memos.
·
Analyze
credit agreements and term sheets for deal setup and risk assessment.

Conduct
due diligence using Python for collateral risk stratification.
·
Develop
and monitor cashflow models for structured deals.
·
Create
one-pagers and reports for surveillance and senior management.
·
Conduct
collateral analysis and asset valuation for ABS investments.
·
Monitor
covenants, KPIs, and update sector-level presentations.
·
Work
on ad hoc financial projects and macro event assessments.
·
Use
tools like Intex, Tableau, Python, Sigma, and Street Diligence for deep
analysis.

Education: MBA in Finance, CFA, or CA preferred.

Strong analytical and quantitative mindset.
