Engineer Trainee (DCS Projects)

Engineer, this role offers a remarkable start. You will be part of
Emerson’s Process Systems and Solutions (PSS) team, assisting in
designing, configuring, and testing automation solutions. This role demands a passion
for digital systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work with
global teams.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
·
Coordinate
with overseas project offices on small-scale automation projects
·
Interpret
P&IDs and technical documentation to define process requirements
·
Design and
implement Distributed Control Systems (DCS) using Dynamo, Function
blocks, Batch, etc.
·
Develop test
guidelines and configurations for industrial automation
·
Take ownership
of allocated tasks and deliverables
·
Collaborate in
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and
Commissioning (if needed)
·
Implement quality
control & assurance processes (EEEC IMS)
·
Escalate
project risks/issues to lead engineers with mitigation strategies

Instrumentation or Electronics
