💼 Role: Technical Solution Analyst I (IC1) – Oracle Careers 2025
📍 Location:
India (Flexible/Hybrid Based on Team)
🕒 Shift Timings:
Evening/Night Shift – 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
(Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts and on-call support)
🧠 Key Responsibilities:
·
Investigate
and resolve issues with front-end applications
·
Use backend
techniques like log capture, querying tables, server cycling
·
Assist users
by shadowing, testing workflows, and applying fix tools
·
Write
detailed documentation for each case, including notes, resolutions, and
knowledge base articles
·
Communicate
clearly and efficiently with both clients and internal global teams
·
Prioritize
issues based on severity and ensure timely resolution
✅ Required Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
·
Minimum 6
months of experience (internship/project included)
·
Solid
understanding of incident management and SQL
·
Willingness
to work during U.S. overlapping hours (Evening Shift IST)
·
Strong communication
skills and comfort working with global teams
