🎯 Role Purpose
This role focuses on providing technical
and operational support in Asset Servicing. You will manage key
financial transactions and resolve client issues to ensure SLA compliance and
operational efficiency.🧠 Job Responsibilities
·
Reconcile cash
and position data across funds using DUCO.
·
Process key
financial activities like Drawdown, Paydown, and Interest in Geneva.
·
Review
upcoming activities and flag exceptions using WSO Accelerator.
·
Resolve data
and technical discrepancies by coordinating with agents, trustees, and internal
teams.
·
Maintain
accurate records and escalate unresolved issues.
·
Create SOPs
and support training and UAT testing for ongoing system
integrations.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
📌 Must-Have Skills:
·
Understanding
of Syndicated Bank Loans, CLOs, and Private Credit
·
Proficiency in
Geneva, especially for credit facility processing
·
Experience
with cash and position reconciliation via DUCO or similar tools
·
Strong MS
Office skills, especially Excel
·
Analytical
mindset with problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
·
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
