💼 About the Role: Model Risk Analyst (Gen AI Focus)
Join the team responsible for independent oversight of enterprise-wide
models, especially those involving natural language processing (NLP),
marketing, credit, fraud, and other key business areas.
🔧 Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee
ML and Gen AI model development, including LLMs
·
Perform
gap assessments and help establish a robust AI risk management framework
·
Research
emerging techniques in AI, NLP, and deep learning to enhance model excellence
·
Communicate
findings with senior leadership and model governance committees
·
Contribute
to internal controls, testing, and validation for AI models across business
domains
🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile
·
Education:
Master’s or MBA in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or related
fields
·
Experience:
0–3 years in data science, analytics, model validation, or AI governance
🛠️ Technical Skills Required
·
Proficiency
in Python, R, Java
·
Exposure
to supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, neural networks,
Gen AI models
·
Familiarity
with Bayesian models, transfer learning, map-reduce techniques, and deep
learning
·
Experience
in model validation, coding, and translating business needs into AI frameworks
