Join the Model Risk Management Group (MRMG) at American

management. As a Data Science Analyst, you’ll work on high-impact projects
involving Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and predictive
analytics to help enhance model validation, compliance, and innovation.
🧠 What You’ll Do

Oversee
and validate models (Gen AI, NLP, ML) across risk, fraud, credit, and marketing
domains
·
Conduct
AI/ML research and contribute to model excellence strategies
·
Perform
gap assessments to improve model risk frameworks and meet regulatory
expectations
·
Communicate
analytical findings with business stakeholders, model committees, and senior
leadership
·
Optimize
model performance while ensuring alignment with enterprise-level goals
✅ Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:

0–3
years in analytics, data science, or model risk management
·
Hands-on
experience with model development or validation
·
Strong
knowledge of Python, R, or Java
·
Excellent
communication and project management skills
·
Proven
ability to work cross-functionally and deliver in high-stakes environments
Nice-to-Have:
·
Familiarity
with deep learning, reinforcement learning, Bayesian models, NLP/NLU, transfer
learning
·
Master’s
degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field
·
Exposure
to text mining, neural networks, and data pipelines
