As a Technical Solution Analyst I, you’ll be a vital part of
Oracle’s support ecosystem, investigating complex issues across front-end
applications and backend systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will
include:

Capturing
data and using diagnostic tools

Working
directly with end users through shadowing and workflow testing

Querying
tables and updating databases
·
Cycling
servers and managing log files
·
Creating
and updating documentation, knowledge bases, and resolution notes
·
Prioritizing
tasks based on issue severity

Collaborating
with global teams to route problems to the right experts
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic

📚 What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or
related fields
·
Minimum
of 6 months' experience in a tech or support role
·
Strong
analytical and troubleshooting mindset
Preferred Skills:

Working
knowledge of SQL and database query operations
·
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
·
Willingness
to work in shifts, especially 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST
·
Ready
to support on-call responsibilities when needed
·
Ability
to collaborate with teams across geographies
