🧾 Role Overview: Business Analyst – Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting
As a Business Analyst, you will be working in the Risk
Advisory function, supporting regulatory reporting engagements for a variety of
industries. You will play a critical role in analyzing data, interpreting
non-financial compliance requirements, and assisting in drafting regulatory
reports that align with client mandates and statutory expectations.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
·
Analyze
and interpret non-financial regulatory frameworks (ESG, CSR, compliance
metrics, etc.)
·
Collaborate
with stakeholders to collect and validate required datasets
·
Support
in the preparation of regulatory submissions and assurance deliverables
·
Translate
regulatory guidelines into client-specific reporting formats
·
Participate
in client discussions and project planning activities
·
Ensure
reports are error-free, timely, and aligned with compliance expectations
·
Stay
updated with regulatory developments impacting non-financial disclosures
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in:
o Business Administration
o Economics
o Accounting or Finance
o Data Analytics / Risk Management
o Environmental or Regulatory Studies
·
1–3
years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with internships or project
work in compliance or analytics may also apply)
·
Strong
understanding of risk reporting, non-financial disclosures, or regulatory
policy frameworks
💡 Skills & Attributes
·
Excellent
data analysis and documentation skills
·
Proficiency
in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Power BI or Tableau
·
Working
knowledge of compliance frameworks (SEBI, ESG, CSR, RBI, etc.)
·
Strong
verbal and written communication skills
·
Ability
to handle multiple engagements simultaneously with attention to detail
·
Curiosity
to learn and adapt in a dynamic consulting environment
