🔍 About the Role
As an Analyst, you’ll be working
in dynamic teams that support clients in risk assessment, governance advisory,
compliance, internal audits, and process optimization. Your role will include:

Participating in internal audits, risk consulting,
and process assessments
·
Interacting with client teams and managing
deliverables
·
Monitoring project progress and ensuring risk
management protocols
·
Staying updated on industry developments and
regulatory changes
·
Supporting knowledge creation through documentation
and reporting
🧠 Who We're Looking For
Skills & Attributes:
·
Basic understanding of internal audit, process
consulting, or risk management
·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint,
Word)
·
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
·
Willingness to travel domestically and
internationally for extended projects
·
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight
deadlines
Preferred:
·
Knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus
·
Certifications like CIA or CISA will be an added
advantage
·
Basic IT system understanding is helpful
🎓 Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BE/B.Tech, BBM, BMS or
equivalent)
·
0–2 years of experience in internal/statutory
audit, risk consulting, or business processes
·
Chartered Accountants or candidates with relevant
certifications/fraud examination training preferred
