🧠 About the Role: Analyst – Client Onboarding (AWM Operations)
The Client Onboarding Analyst will be responsible for the
end-to-end onboarding life cycle, including account opening, account
maintenance, and account closure for Private Wealth Management (PWM) clients in
the Asia region.
As part of the Product Support & Services team within
Operations, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring timely, compliant, and
client-centric onboarding services.
🧾 Key Responsibilities

Handle
Account Opening documentation for PWM clients in Asia
·
Review
and approve client documents, ensuring completeness and compliance before data
entry
·
Coordinate
with PWM business approvers to process onboarding requests on time
·
Execute
Account Maintenance tasks, including address changes and referential data
updates
·
Process
Account Closure requests with accuracy, while adhering to internal risk checks
·
Maintain
audit-ready documentation and perform regular quality checks
🎓 What You Bring to the Role

Prior
experience in client onboarding or financial operations
·
Strong
investigative, analytical, and documentation skills
·
Excellent
attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
·
Familiarity
with risk escalation and mitigation best practices
·
Proven
ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
·
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
